RETURNS POLICY

Please report any damages within 24 hours to allow us to claim against our couriers. Damaged items or parts will be replaced by us free of charge.

You can return your items for up to 30 days after delivery. Please note in some circumstance that you are liable for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.

All return items must be in pristine condition with packaging; and has not been installed, used, or modified. We stand by our products - by any chance, if your order arrives damaged or defective or you'd like to order replacement parts, we can help right away.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged? 

If you confront an item looks damaged or parts are missing, you may conveniently request replacement parts via email or contact us directly here.

  • If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse the package upon delivery. Once the damaged package is returned to us and we will send you a new one. Additionally, Please NOTIFY us if you refuse delivery so that we can expect the return shipment.

If your item is problematic due to a manufacturer's defect, we can either replace the defective part, or if necessary, the entire unit. We stand behind our products and maintain great relationships with the manufacturers who produce them. If you are having an issue, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve it.
