YES! We are transparent with our costs and everything on our website is ONLY £5 or less. We carefully curate and source the highest quality products and bring them to you at an extremely affordable price. Items start from only 20p! 

We always make sure our products are responsibly sourced from BSCI factories.

In order to keep the cost down for our customers, some items are an assortment of colour & design. This allows us to continue to stock items at a discounted price. 

Some of our items are limited stock, so you will need to buy quickly to not miss out on those deals! 

Here at, we take our customers safety very seriously. We use the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us, so your safety is guaranteed. We use SSL Software - which essentially protects our site from phishing scams and data breaches - to encrypt your credit/debit card information. So when you place an order on our secure server, it means that only we are able to decrypt the information in order to process your transaction. Unfortunately, we cannot add items to your order after it has been placed. If you have made an error with your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible - or 020 3983 6206. 


We as a company work very hard to source items, take photographs and create descriptions for our website. All of our website content is protected under the The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988
Please do not take or copy our Images and descriptions without seeking written permission from us to do so. Failure to do this can result in Legal action being taken out against you.

Drop Ship

Please do not use our store to drop ship items to your own customers, this means that your customers may not receive correct tracking information and that we cannot action customer service queries accordingly. Please be aware that all of our items are packaged in branded packaging and this cannot be removed from any order. If we notice a pattern in orders being sent out as drop ship orders, we have the rights to stop you purchasing from our site.


If you are interested in wholesale of our items, there is a limit of 5 on all of our items per order, If you would like to purchase more than 5 of one item at a time our minimum purchase order for wholesale is a £500. If you would like more information regarding this, then please contact us at 

By purchasing our products, to then sell on another sales channel (eBay, Amazon, Esty etc) for a higher price means that our real customers purchasing from us miss out on amazing savings. We also cannot action customer service correctly.


We make every effort through description and images to correctly represent the items on sale at However, if you receive your item and decide that you would like to return it, please contact to arrange the return within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that items returned without previous authorisation will result in delayed processing. 

If the item is being returned because you have simply changed your mind, the return postage cost will need to be fulfilled by you. Items need to be unused and in original packaging.

Although we take the upmost care to safely pack and protect your order, sometimes fragile items may be damaged during delivery. Please check over your item for damage before accepting it from the courier, if the item appears damaged, reject the order and we can arrange for a new one to be sent out. 

If your item has unfortunately arrived damaged, please take a clear picture of the item along with your order number, and send it to In line with general e-commerce practice, we do require evidence of damage before being able to refund you.



We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working days of receiving the order. If you order before 1pm Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays and festive Holidays) your order will be dispatch on the same day. 

If there is a high volume of orders during peak times, this may take slightly longer. We always endeavour to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible.


All of your orders are sent out as a tracked delivery, once you have received your tracking information, you can track your order via the courier website or via our tracking page. You can choose your courier and your order will either be sent with Yodel on a 3-5 Working Day service or DPD on a 2-3 Working day service.

Please check your spam/junk folder for your confirmation and dispatch emails, sometimes they end up there. If you order over the weekend it may take a little longer. 

Total time from order can be up to 10 Working days for UK Mainland depending on our order volume, peak times and courier delays. 

Total time from order can be 14 days for off shore & highland deliveries.  

If you think your parcel has been lost in transit and you have not received it within 25 days, please contact us straight away, once 30 days has passed we cannot accept a claim for a non delivery on your order.

Please note - If there is a high volume of orders during peak times, dispatch & delivery may take slightly longer. We always endeavour to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible. 

Your order will be sent out with one of our trusted couriers - DPD, FedEx or Amazon. We want to ensure you get your items safely, so our couriers are currently operating contactless deliveries. This means they will take a photo or take a name upon delivery, so you don't have to sign for it - however someone will need to accept the parcel. If you aren't going to be in, please contact the courier named in your dispatch email.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside of the UK. This is something we are hoping to be able to do in the future, but it is currently not possible.
