YES! We are transparent with our costs and everything on our website is ONLY £5 or less. We carefully curate and source the highest quality products and bring them to you at an extremely affordable price. Items start from only 20p! 

We always make sure our products are responsibly sourced from BSCI factories.

In order to keep the cost down for our customers, some items are an assortment of colour & design. This allows us to continue to stock items at a discounted price. 

Some of our items are limited stock, so you will need to buy quickly to not miss out on those deals! 

Reselling (Drop shipping)

If you use our website to purchase goods to then resell to your own customers via drop shipping we cannot action correct customer service, we also have the right to refuse to refund or resend out any items and you we have the rights to stop you purchasing from our store. As a company we spend time and resources to find stock, get deals and pass these savings onto our own customers. If you are choosing to sell our items on another sales channel (eBay, Amazon, Etsy etc) for a higher price means and then drop shipping directly from us this is not allowed.

We want everyone to experience our great savings, and by doing this it in turn can give our company a bad name and reputation. We pride ourselves on fantastic customer service, but we cannot offer to help customers of customers.

Please note our products as standard have a 5 items per order limit and not all of our items are available for wholesale.


We as a company work very hard to source items, take photographs and create descriptions for our website. All of our website content is protected under the The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988
Please do not take or copy our Images and descriptions without seeking written permission from us to do so. Failure to do this can result in Legal action being taken out against you.

We have a standard purchasing limit of 5 on all items. So you will be only allowed to purchase 5 of one item per person per order. This is to keep it fair for everyone and to make sure more people can benefit from our great offers and savings. 

Some items that are on limited or specials will be limited to just 1 per person per order. This is again to make sure more people can grab a bargain! 

If you would like more than 5 of one item for a personal event such as a party or a wedding. Please contact us at and we will try to accommodate you. If you are after larger quantities, then please read our FAQ in regards to reselling and wholesale and contact us. 


We make every effort through description and images to correctly represent the items on sale at However, if you receive your item and decide that you would like to return it, please contact to arrange the return within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that items returned without previous authorisation will result in delayed processing. 

Items need to be unused and in original packaging. We cannot accept returns on custom items. 

For hygiene purposes, we can't accept returns on Food & Drinks, health & beauty products, makeup, underwear or lingerie unless the item is faulty or the wrong item has been sent.

Although we take the upmost care to safely pack and protect your order, sometimes fragile items may be damaged during delivery. Please check over your item for damage before accepting it from the courier, if the item appears damaged, reject the order and we can arrange for a new one to be sent out. 

If your item has unfortunately arrived damaged, please take a clear picture of the item along with your order number, and send it to In line with general e-commerce practice, we do require evidence of damage before being able to refund you.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside of the UK. This is something we are hoping to be able to do in the future, but it is currently not possible.

Total time from order can be up to 10 Working days for UK Mainland depending on our order volume, peak times and courier delays. Total time from order can be 14 days for off shore & highland deliveries.  

Missing Parcel  

If you think your parcel has been lost in transit and you have not received it within 25 days, please contact us straight away, once 30 days has passed we cannot accept a claim for a non delivery on your order.

Delivery & Dispatch

  • No minimum order, Single Item delivery cost or unlimited item delivery cost is available.
  • All of your orders are sent out as a tracked delivery, you will receive tracking information on your dispatch email (please check your junk/spam folder for this email)
  • You can choose your service to suit your needs. We use Yodel or DPD, and you have the option to choose which courier you would like to go with. 
  • We will always aim to dispatch/deliver your items within the time frame given, but delays may happen due to a high volume of orders, bank holidays and other national holidays.
  • Total time from order to delivery can be up to 10 Working days for UK Mainland depending on our order volume, peak times and courier delays. 
  • If you have not received your items within 25 Working Days, your parcel may be lost. Please contact us straight away, once 30 days have passed we cannot accept a claim for a non-delivery on your order. Contact us on:


Total time from order to delivery can be up to 10 WORKING DAYS due to the festive season & courier delays. But we always aim to keep to the below schedule (this is just a guide and we cannot predict extra courier delays) Once your order is dispatched, you will receive and email with your tracking details. Please also check your Junk/Spam folders for this email. 

Please note, DPD and Evri are struggling with the volume of deliveries in certain areas of the country, meaning your parcels may not reach you before Christmas. For this we can only apologise on the couriers behalf. As a small company, we are greatly affected by this, and hate to see any of our customers disappointed. If you need to return your order due to it being delivered after Christmas, please contact us at and we will organise a free return. Thank you for your ongoing support and custom. 


Scottish Highlands & Off Shore Delivery 

  • Please note that Scottish Highlands and Off Shore postcode areas have been determined by our Couriers and the cost of delivery is more due to us reflecting our courier costs. We are always actively looking for cheaper alternative shipping and will always reflect any price changes within our delivery fees.
  • Due to courier restrictions, we can only send items smaller than 120cm in length to Northern Ireland & Isle of Mann. If you would like to discuss your order further. Please contact us.
  • Total time from order to delivery can be up to 14 Working days for Scottish Highlands & Off Shore delivery depending on our order volume, peak times and courier delays.
