This is great to add something extra to your workouts comes with a booklet to show you different ways to use it. It is great value and great quality their is also different resistances available depending on your level of fitness or need. Works great and helps to build up muscle strength. Great for all ages. Now I need to buy the other resistances so I can build up gradually and improve my fitness

Very lightweight, suitable for a home workout, use these alot in my daily routine now. Doesn't feel flimsy, may look into getting more with higher resistance
