can't get it off

I tried out my hook to make sure it would carry the weight of my large glass hanging ornament. Now I want to remove it & place it in a better place it won't budge, the diagram instructions are unclear and are for a different hook. The pull tab is much too small to get hold of.

What now? I don't want the hook to stay slap bang in the middle of my window,
