Dead as a Dodo

I bought this watch for our Grandsons 3rd birthday. He’s big on paw patrol and I made his cake with characters. When he saw his watch he was throw and wanted to wear it straight away. We tried turning it on not working, left money for them to replace battery that didn’t work either. Was just about to buy another as a replacement but saw the reviews and realised it’s a fault with the item.
Always been happy with purchase from here but this was such a big disappointment

Didn't work even with new battery

Brought as a gift for daughter. But when gave to her it didn't work. Thought probably battery related very fiddly to do but even then didn't work. In end this went in the bin and brought replacement watch as a gift elsewhere. Had considered buying more as birthday gifts, glad I didn't.

Battery included not working, got a £5 replacement battery at the shop but still not working!

I guess there's something wrong with the watch. Would like a refund!!
