Didn’t get them left in a mail room that doesn’t exist. Did not reply to my email

Didn’t reply to my email, no evidence of delivery after requested. Amazon Shipping said left in a mail room. There are mailboxes for letters under flats so if that’s where they were left then they were taken as visible from the road. I was in on day of delivery and expected the buzzer to be used so that I could buzz them in but nothing. Very angry
