While they have a cheap feel to them, they are deceptively strong and resilient. I use them for any exercises that I can't maintain good form with on a stronger band. So far so good!

I like the different tensions on the bands however, I think this product is geared towards lightweight users or for use an the end of a workout for stretching. This product will not build muscle but may add a little more resistance to a barbell if used in conjunction.

Thought at first it was too light but have used it at aerobics class and it does the job. My class trainer was interested in it and asked where I had got it.
