Unfortunately we cannot add items to your order after it has been placed. If you have made an error with your order, please contact us straight away at email@example.com or 01908 880203 and we will try and help the best way possible.
We will always try our best to dispatch your order within 24 hours. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details. Our items are sent with the Royal Mail & Trusted couriers. Standard delivery is 2-5 days from the day of dispatch. Next Day delivery is available on orders placed before 1pm Mon-Thurs.
We charge £2.95 standard delivery (2-5 Days) per order of up to 20 items and £5.95 for more than 20 items. Next Day delivery is available on orders placed before 1pm Mon-Thurs. You can claim FREE standard delivery (2-5 days) when placing orders over £50 with code FREEDEL50.
Your order will be sent out with one of our trusted couriers, we want to make sure you get your items so every delivery will need to be signed for. Once you have purchased your items, you will receive an email with tracking details.

We do make every effort through description and images to correctly represent the items on sale at only5pounds.com. However, if you receive your item and decide that you would like to return it you must contact email@example.com to arrange the return. Items returned without an authorisation will result in delayed processing.
Items need to be unopened and in original packaging, the return postage cost will need to be fulfilled by you.
For hygiene purposes, we can only accept returns of makeup, underwear or lingerie if the item is faulty or the wrong item has been sent.
